The free tier delivers curated deal digests. Upgrading to Personal Shopper unlocks unlimited watchlist picks, per-pick price-range and minimum-discount filters, ad-free emails, and priority alerts for flash deals.

POLICIES

The following policies apply to all products owned and operated by Hours & Co., including DealDossier and WatchUm.

Refund Policy
7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

Requests submitted after 7 days are not eligible. To request a refund, email support@hoursand.co with your account email and purchase details. Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime. All recurring subscriptions — DealDossier Personal Shopper, WatchUm Resident, and WatchUm Professional — can be cancelled at any time from your account settings with one click.

Access remains active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. For WatchUm House Hunter (one-time), no recurring charge exists — your 2-month access runs from the purchase date.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@hoursand.co before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve billing issues directly and promptly.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Hours & Co. does not store payment card information.
Service & Restrictions
Digital services only. Hours & Co. sells digital access to software and data. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

WatchUm is currently limited to Austin, Texas crime-incident data sourced from Austin Police Department public records. Coverage is subject to data availability.

DealDossier surfaces deals from third-party retailers. We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or terms of any specific deal.
Promotions & Free Tiers
DealDossier Free Tier is available at no cost with no credit card required. It includes curated deal emails with up to 3 watchlist picks.

Promotional offers or discount codes may be made available from time to time. Specific terms (duration, eligibility, redemption limits) will be communicated at the time of each promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
